Delivery and Collection Information
Intro
We want ordering to be simple and fair. Please read this page before placing an order so you choose the right option at checkout.
How our service works
We offer both Home Delivery and Collection from Store.
Delivery fees vary by postcode. The correct fee is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Collection from Store is always free.
How to select Collection at checkout
- Add your items to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your name, email, and your address (your address is required for billing even when you choose collection).
- In the shipping section, choose Collect from store.
- The delivery fee will change to zero immediately before you pay.
If you do not choose Collect from store, the system will apply the delivery fee for your postcode.
If you still see a delivery fee after choosing Collect from store
Click Collect from store again to make sure it is selected.
Check that your postcode is entered correctly with a space.
Refresh the page and reselect Collect from store.
Hotel and workplace deliveries
We can deliver to hotels and workplaces.
For security, we may ask the guest or staff to confirm the name, room number, or department.
We may ask for photo ID on handover.
Orders with a hotel as both the billing and delivery address may be declined for security reasons.
Billing address and security checks
Please enter the billing address that matches your card.
Our payment provider uses additional security known as 3D Secure. You may be asked to confirm the payment through your bank app or by entering a code.
Refunds
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
If a refund is approved (for example, if you selected delivery by mistake but the order has not yet been dispatched), we will refund the delivery fee and change the order to collection.
If you selected collection but need delivery, we can add the correct delivery fee if your address is within our delivery area.
Stripe typically returns funds to your bank within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your card provider.

Delivery fees are based on your postcode:
£3.00 – DE1*, DE22 3*, DE22 1*
£3.50 – DE21 4*, DE21 6*, DE23 6*, DE23 8*, DE24 1*
£4.00 – DE22 2*, DE22 4*, DE24 8*
£4.50 – DE21 7*, DE24 0*
If your postcode is not listed above, we are currently unable to deliver to your area.
Delivery times
We deliver every day from 5.30pm until 1.00am.
Collection is available during our normal opening hours.
