“Let’s just start off with Mcturks is a local legend! It sometimes gets thought of as an end of the night place as it’s open so late however it’s totally the opposite. The naans are beautiful and fresh and there own recipe doner is probably the best within the city. They always serve with a smile on there face and are patient with customers even at 2am when they’re drunk. They are a classic kebab house that does all the basics spot on.”
“During my visit to Derby yesterday, I made sure to stop by McTurks for a Shish Doner mix, as it was around lunchtime. I usually visit two or three times a year, and I’m pleased to report that the quality remains as exceptional as ever. It’s a shame we don’t have a kebab shop of this caliber closer to home. Although I frequently try the kebab shops in and around Belper, none come close to the consistent excellence of McTurks.
